How do you know how much to eat, how do you calculate how much you’re supposed to eat, what about protein, carbs, fat, all of that…
Let me start by saying that everyone’s approach is going to be slightly different. It’s always based off your past experiences, your goals, your allergies and intolerance, the food you like, the food you don’t like.
But I wanted to give you the basics of calculating and counting macros, because this is one of the simplest things you can get done when you’re trying to lose fat.
It’s a learning curve, it’s not meant to be done for life, but it will take you to your goals 🎯
I’m going to assume that most people who will watch this video are trying to lose fat and or, keep it off. So I’ll mostly take this basis when I give example and so on.
