Let’s Talk About The Feeling of Bingeing

Let me be REAL transparent for a second, no matter how destructive it is, I kinda liked bingeing.

I liked being able to eat whatever I wanted, even the unhealthiest, most processed foods.

I liked the feeling of being overly full, that stretch in the stomach right before you get sick.

I liked the quiet it brought to my brain, because it was just an out of body experience.

I even liked the pain — it gave me something else to focus on.

It’s weird to say it, but that honesty is how you take back control. By admitting the ugly truth.
